Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were larger than expected, including a spacious bathroom, but they felt dingy compared to the photos. Despite our efforts to heat up the room, it remained too cold at times. On the bright side, booking directly through their website came with complimentary snacks and a movie, adding a touch of coziness to the stay.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with a spacious room that reflected the overall theme of the hotel, but the view overlooking a rundown building next door was disappointing. The service was mixed, with exceptionally helpful staff but some instances of being ignored at reception. The central location near DeGraves Street and popular eateries made exploring the city convenient. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious options, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I was blown away by the location, just a stone's throw from the station and surrounded by cafes and bistros. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The rooms, however, left something to be desired with a slightly sterile vibe and noisy plumbing, but the convenient location more than made up for it.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the little touches like the jelly beans from reception and the turn-down service with a macaron made it feel extra special. Being able to catch up with friends in our own private space was perfect. However, facing directly into a warehouse was a minor downside.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but the furnishings are outdated. The neighbor's plumbing noise can be bothersome at times. The service is top-notch with a focus on hospitality and friendliness. The location is ideal for sightseeing and dining, being close to many attractions. The dining options are good but the dinner portions might be a bit small. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location.
